vivo partners with FCB India to launch the ‘CareWithJoy’ campaign. With the campaign, the company wants to show how the brand is committed to doing everything it can to put a smile on the face of the customers, the company said. According to the company, the campaign sought to encapsulate the brand’s commitment to delivering a well-rounded experience, both with its products and with its after-sales customer service.

As a customer-focused brand, vivo has worked hard to establish a strong nationwide network of more than 650 service centers wholly owned by the company, said Yogendra Sriramula, head of brand strategy, vivo India. “Our new campaign explains how we provide a reassuring and caring experience to our customers,” he added.

According to the company, the campaign is in line with the brand’s ongoing efforts to improve customers’ lives through vivo’s services and provide a holistic customer experience to all of its customers, the company claimed.
