POCO is gearing up to launch the POCO X5 Pro smartphone in the Indian market. Prior to the launch of the POCO X5 Pro India, we have seen yet another POCO smartphone in the certification database of the Federal Communications Commission. The latest POCO smartphone to appear on the FCC website has model number 23013PC75G. The upcoming POCO smartphone has also appeared in the IMEI database, revealing the nickname of the device, the POCO F5 Pro.
The POCO F5 Pro marks the return of Pro smartphones under the POCO F series. For those who did not know, in 2020 the brand launched the POCO F2 Pro smartphone in the global markets. After POCO F2 Pro, the brand did not release any F-series smartphones with the Pro moniker. Let’s take a closer look at the POCO F5 Pro specs revealed in the latest certification listing.
The POCO F5 Pro appeared on the FCC and IMEI database websites with the model number 23013PC75G. This is the global variant of the smartphone as the model number ends with G. The FCC certification list shows that the POCO F4 will boot MIUI 14 out of the box. However, the certification list does not reveal anything about the Android version.
The listing further reveals that the POCO F5 Pro will launch in 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB configurations in the global markets. The list also reveals some of the connection options. The POCO F5 Pro supports WiFi a/b/g/n/ac/ax, which means it supports WiFi 6 networks on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency. The smartphone also supports NFC and Bluetooth connectivity.
The model number of the POCO F5 Pro suggests it could be a rebranded Redmi K60 that was unveiled in China last month. To learn more about the Redmi K60, you can go to this link.
