New leak suggests that all Samsung Galaxy S23 models will have 1750 nits max brightness

Samsung will unveil the Samsung Galaxy S23 series on February 2 and it seems the closer we get to the release, the more alleged leaks will come out. The last of those concerns the series’ displays, so that’s all of them touted to have 1750 nits max brightness.

As shared by reliable tipster Roland Quandt op Twitter, all Galaxy S23 models can have the same maximum brightness of 1750 nits. This won’t make much of a difference to current Galaxy S22 Plus and Galaxy S22 Ultra users, as both currently have the same maximum brightness.

It would be a significant upgrade to the base model though, as the vanilla Galaxy S22 has a maximum brightness of 1500. While it won’t make much of a difference indoors, a max brightness of 1750 certainly makes the screen more usable in direct sunlight. .

Of course, take this information with a grain of salt, as nothing has been confirmed yet. Well, we’ll just have to wait for the Galaxy S23 series to be released next week to know for sure.
