The Panthers were at their best in the 9th edition of vivo Pro Kabaddi. The team, led by Sunil Kumar, brought their A-game to the trophy. The inaugural champions finished in eighth place in season 8 and bettered it in the final campaign with first place by the time they finished the league phase. They had a good mix of youth and experience. Head coach Sanjeev Baliyan and assistant coach Upendra Malik worked hard on these players and brought out the best in them. An all-round performance by the Top Cats was one of the main reasons for their success in the campaign.

After losing the first game of the season, Jaipur Pink Panthers won five games in a row. After this, they were rated as one of the strongest teams in the league. . They topped the league stage and booked a direct semi-final berth in which they took a big win. In the final, the Panthers had to sweat on the mat, but they managed to keep up the courage to win the title.

In the robbery division, the talisman Arjun Deshwal was on top form, accumulating 296 robbery points at an average of 12.33 robbery points per match. He was the key cog in the wheel for Jaipur and was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player (MVP). He set his own standard and benchmark. V Ajith Kumar and Rahul Chaudhari accompanied Deshwal and added good power to the attack. In total, these two raiders added 171 raid points to the squad. Young Bhavani Rajput looked good in the games he played for the Panthers, collecting 36 raid points.

Defensively, Ankush topped the team with 89 tackle points. He was named as the defenseman of the season for leading the defensive card in the tournament. The debutant was helped by his skipper Sunil Kumar (64 tackle points) and Sahul Kumar (56 tackle points) respectively. These two experienced defenders took the pressure off Ankush and performed the defensive duties to the best of their abilities. The other two debutants Reza Mirbagheri and Abhishek KS also made themselves heard with 36 and 25 tackle points for the Panthers.

Jaipur Pink Panthers scored the most points (956) in the league. They were the best defensive side, as they scored 290 tackle points, which also included inflicting 48 all-outs all season. They won their second vivo Pro Kabaddi title and with this win. Earlier, Jaipur Pink Panthers won the title in the first season of vivo Pro Kabaddi. they became the second most successful franchise after Patna Pirates.
